Who are we?
Zoofy is an online platform where you can go for all kinds of home, garden and kitchen jobs. Handymen and women can be ordered from us with a few simple clicks of the mouse. In addition to our website, we offer a DIY service on platforms such as Gamma, Karwei, Klusidee, Hornbach and Amsterdam Mamma's. We are a small team, consisting of 25 employees with 6 nationalities. In addition, we are a young team with great ambitions. At Zoofy, freedom and responsibility are paramount, there is a lot of room for own initiative and growth. With our customer service you match the right professional to the right job. You run flexible schedules so that you can earn some extra money, and at the same time you can do a lot of fun things with hard-earned money. You are the first point of contact for our customers and professionals. You are an indispensable link and with your ever-growing knowledge of Zoofy you help them further. And does it ever go wrong? Then you know better than anyone how to make 'em happy. It is in your nature to help others and you are unbeatable when it comes to keeping an overview. Are you our lifesaver?
Employee profile
- Your humor is top notch (hanged by the Zoofy guys of course)
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level
- You have the Dutch and English language 'very good under the knee'
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not a must
- You are not afraid of the phone
- You are flexible
- With us you can shine between 8.00 and 21.00
- You make more trips than an average white goods technician
